We offer month-to-month rental contracts, so you are never stuck paying unnecessary fees. We ask you to give 30 days’ notice that you will be moving out of your unit so we can prepare accordingly!

You can give us written notice that you would like to end your rental by emailing us at HadensvilleMiniStorage@Gmail.com. Please include your name and storage unit number.

No, we do not. You provide your own lock. However, not all locks fit on storage units, so please be sure to check out the unit prior to purchasing your lock.

Should you default on payment you may find that your unit has a HMS issued lock on it. This will be removed once your account is paid and up to date!
